Mackenzie Jordan According to Tara and Jay Jordan, their daughter is a smart, beautiful, hard

worker with a huge heart. Thirteen-year-old Kenzie sees herself as smart, as well. She will quickly admit, however, that she is rather shy until she gets to know you. When she does, however, she is a very loyal friend. She is also funny and loves all animals.

Born in Florence and now living in Effingham, Kenzie is in the eighth grade at Southside Middle School, where her favorite subjects are English and Science. Aſter she graduates in 2018, she would like to attend Clemson University to major in Criminal Justice. Her long-term goals include working in the Behavioral Anal- ysis Unit of the FBI. As you might guess, her favorite television show these days is “Criminal Minds.” Kenzie describes herself as a tomboy and she competed in English-style

horseback riding for three years; but, she also danced for three years, showing off her soſter side. Her favorite songs are “Stay,” by Florida Georgia Line and “Do You Believe Me

Now,” by Jimmy Wayne. Her favorite movies are “The Great Gatsby” and “Now You See Me.” Kenzie’s favorite books are the Canterwood Crest series by Jessica Burkhart. When the family goes out to eat, her favorite place is Miyami. Kenzie’s hero is Adelaide Kane, an Australian actress, because she is smart

and very pretty. If she could go anywhere in the world, Kenzie would love to visit Scotland.

She thinks it would be an interesting trip, especially if she could go with her best friends, Samantha and Emily. When they’re not traveling, they like to text or just hang out together. From the previous information you’ve seen about Kenzie, it won’t surprise you

to learn that her favorite hobbies are reading, riding horses, and texting friends. Most of the time, she says, she gets along with her brother, Hunter. Kenzie’s adorable puppy, Dustin, became a part of her life in September of

2013. Since that time, they have been inseparable. They play outside together when it’s warm enough. Other times, they cuddle and watch television. Kenzie chose “Dustin” because that’s her favorite name. When asked to describe him, Kenzie replied, “He’s just too cute!” “Do your best at everything and never give up” is Kenzie’s motto. With her

goals already in place and her friends and family behind her, she is likely to suc- ceed. Perhaps one day she’ll be famous for solving crimes as a member of the FBI’s BAU!
