Your role will be to deliver high quality education to both our pre and post-registration students using both face-to-face and distance learning methods. Your teaching duties will involve practical and theoretical aspects of physics, dosimetry and radiotherapy planning for international and home students. This is a challenging, but rewarding role with scope to develop your interests and expertise.


You will be a practising therapeutic radiographer, dosimetrist or have a medical physics background that includes clinical experience and a degree qualification (or equivalent). A sound knowledge of the pre-treatment process, and in particular dosimetry, is essential. You must also demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development. As well as technical expertise, you should have an active interest in student training and possess excellent IT, planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
