The Royal Derby Hospital is situated on the outskirts of Derby and provides acute care for the 600,000 population of Southern Derbyshire. The award winning Radiology Business Unit provides a comprehensive range of general, specialist and interventional Radiology procedures. Diagnostic services are also provided within several community/primary care facilities.


We offer a full Breast Screening and Symptomatic service with the staffing model reflecting the 4 tier career progression model within the multi- disciplinary team.


Due to a restructure we are offering an exciting opportunity for 2 band 8a clinical managers, as part of a team of 3 clinical managers. As part of a team of 3 clinical managers the post holders will take an operational lead and support the strategic service planning for their line areas together with the senior management team of General Manager/ Lead radiographer and Clinical Director.


The new structure reflects the emphasis of the Business Unit on Team working and our commitment to developing our inter professional work.
