Senior Service Manager Survey 2013: The results are in!
The results of the Senior Service Manager Survey 2013 are now in. More than 300 managers completed the questionnaire which asked about their role, their challenges and how they see the SoR supporting them in the future. “Thank you to all managers who completed
this survey,” says SoR professional officer, Alexandra Lipton. “We were very pleased with the high response rate and will use the data to ensure that the professional support we offer to managers takes into account your views and requirements indicated in this survey.”
