ELITE INTRODUCE PARTY POOL SWIM SPA
Elite Spas are the UK distributors for Sunbelt Spas and have some new spa models for 2013 that include the Obsession and Decadence, but it is the new Elite Party Pool which catches the eye.
This 12ft exercise pool is powered by two 5hp pumps and four power swim jets which provides the counter-current for the swimmer. It also features a tether anchor with belt which adds resistance for the advance swimmer.
The spa end features a full body lounger seat for a complete all over body massage and a captain’s seat which will help sooth aching muscles after a workout. Four LED lit water spouts, surround LED lighting and music through the iPod system with speakers add to the Part Pools specification. SPA CREST ANNOUNCE A NUMBER OF INNOVATIONS
Spa Crest Europe, the UK based European distributor for the range of hot tubs manufactured by Spa Crest manufacturing Inc. has announced a host of new features to its ranges for the 2013 season and many of the new features plus a completely new model will be exclusively on show at the forthcoming SPATEX exhibition in Brighton. Spa Crest’s unique Brand2Go own-branded spa scheme has also been enhanced with the addition of five further models, the details
of which, as well as examples of the custom marketing, again can be seen at the show. Other highlights to watch out for 2013 include: • Microsilk – the new hydrotherapy experience from Balboa Water Group which delivers a number of tangible hydrotherapy benefits will be available as an option in select models.
• A variable speed pump seat will also be available as an option in selected models, which, for the first time will allow a bather to control the actual pump flow to customise the massage power to their exact needs, rather than just ‘full-speed / half- speed / off’.
• The top-end Vision range of spas will be fitted as standard with the Balboa BP2000 control system with iPod / iPad / iPhone remote control. This will be joined by the forthcoming new touch screen control panel when Balboa makes them technically comparable.
• Overspill and Volcano waterfalls to be fitted on select models.
• There will be a new Bluetooth upgrade on the media-locker stereo options, which will allow all Bluetooth-equipped smart phones and MP3 players to play via the stereo without any physical connection, and no need to be in the immediate vicinity of the spa.
• In addition, the premium PolyPlanar MD80 / 80i stereo systems will be options on all Spa Crest and Coastal models with transducers.
• All European spas are to be fitted with higher-spec covers, with even higher- insulation values as standard for even greater insulation properties for 2013.
