Granola by Wendy Gudgeon
Ingredients: (serves 4 – 6) 30gr honey 25ml oil 15ml water 50gr soft brown sugar 80gr raisins 110gr porridge oats 400gr natural yoghurt 80gr mixed nuts Fruit of the season
Method: • Preheat oven to 140C/Gas 1 • Whisk together the oil, water, honey and sugar. • Add the oats and nuts and mix well. •

Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, making sure it is not piled more than 1.5 cm high.
Bake for ½ hour, add the raisins and continue to cook for a further ½ hour. • Allow to cool and and store in an airtight container.
To Serve: • Place fruit of choice in a bowl or glass. Add a layer of natural yoghurt and top with granola and some more fruit for decoration.
