Health & Beauty Hypnotherapy

Cognitive hypnotherapy is a solution- focused and person-centred approach tailored to your individual needs. Using your natural trance state

(similar to when you are daydreaming) to access your unconscious mind, a cognitive hypnotherapist will work with you to identify what unconscious feelings, thoughts and mind patterns lie at the root of your problem and then create a bespoke treatment plan. Cognitive hypnotherapy uses techniques from a variety of

therapeutic disciplines, including neuro linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behaviour therapy, transactional analysis, emotional freedom technique (EFT), and coaching to help you modify those unhelpful patterns. This will enable you to take control of your life and to live the life you want. While in the trance you will be in control at all times, able

to interact fully, to manage what is happening. It is a bit like driving to your home on automatic pilot and wondering how you got there, but knowing that you would have been able to engage fully and quickly, for example, put the breaks on, if required. Cognitive hypnotherapists aim to treat each client successfully in the shortest possible time.
