VALLEY FORGE & MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA
An attraction new to the area is the Valley Forge Casino Resort, which opened in early spring. It offers 486 guest rooms in two hotels, 100,000-square feet of flexible meeting space, eight dining options, a new nightclub and more.
WHAT’S NEW
Hotel development in 2012 in Valley Forge and Montgomery County includes the opening of six new properties, along with two new attractions. Four of the new properties will open this fall.
The $30 million Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia has opened, offering 180 spacious guest rooms - including 58 deluxe suites - and 25,000-square feet of flexible function space. America’s oldest Italian restaurant, Ralph’s in South Philadelphia, will operate the hotel’s sig- nature dining facility. This new hotel property is literally minutes from Valley Forge National Historical Park, Valley Forge Casino Resort, Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, and the King of Prussia Mall.
