Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s his- toric Old City, the Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF) is part library, part museum and part conference center, but completely unique and exciting. Located along Independence National Historical Park, the Conference Center at CHF combines award-winning design with all the amenities required for productive meetings. This 13,500 square-foot venue features a range of fully equipped rooms in a variety of configurations; can accom- modate meetings and events from three to 300 people; is convenient to trans- portation, including Amtrak, SEPTA, Philadelphia International Airport, and I- 95; and has been recognized for archi- tectural excellence by the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Catering for day events at the conference center is handled by Feast Your Eyes.

The Kimmel Center, Academy of Music and Merriam Theater together provide a variety of spaces in which to host meet- ings, receptions, private parties and other special events, all catered by renowned Chef Jose Garces. Verizon Hall, a 2,500- seat auditorium, is one such space avail- able for group events. Others include: Perelman Theater, Hamilton Garden, Commonwealth Plaza, the majestic and spectacular Academy of Music Ballroom, plus a variety of lounge areas, studios, meeting rooms and more.


Lincoln Financial Field is adaptable to accommodate events of all sizes, from as small as five people to as large as 5,000. Aramark Catering is the in-house catering provider, offering a wide variety of menus and options. Audio-visual services and equipment is available on site. Stadium tours and a self-guided tours of Lincoln Financial Field can be arranged, as well, which the Philadelphia Eagles Special Events Office can arrange. Special appearances by Eagles players, alumni, cheerleaders, SWOOP and more, based on availability, can be arranged, as well.


The National Constitution Center (NCC) is a hands-on museum, national town hall, and civic education headquarters just steps from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. It offers a wide variety of event spaces for a variety of occasions, exquisite catering by Brûlée, and excep- tional customer service. With over 12,000-square feet of open space set against the iconic backdrop of Independence Mall, NCC’s Grand Hall Lobby provides a spectacular start to an event. This space is available in conjunc- tion with the Grand Hall Overlook, which features a 60-foot ceiling and sweeping windows, offering a bird’s-eye view of Philadelphia’s historic landmarks - mak- ing it a spectacular location for recep- tions, dinners, and more. Rental of this space includes access to the iconic


Signers’ Hall, one of the center’s most popular attractions, featuring 42 life-size bronze statues of the Founding Fathers. Perched above Independence Mall, NCC's spacious Rooftop Terrace pro- vides a majestic view of the city’s famous historic landmarks, as well. Located just off the Grand Hall Overlook, this terrace is an ideal setting for both elegant and relaxed outdoor receptions for up to 400. Delegates Cafe features 6,000-square feet of space with floor-to-ceiling win- dows on two sides that provides natural light and the backdrop of historic Independence Mall. Additional spaces at NCC include the John C. Bogle Chairman’s Room, F.M. Kirby Auditorium, a private dining room, Freedom Classroom, and the Washington Seminar Room.


The Independence Visitor Center is locat- ed in America's most historic square mile, offering indoor and outdoor spaces and breathtaking views of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Liberty View Ballroom is located on the mezzanine level of the Independence Visitor Center, and is a contemporary space ideal for all types of events. From weddings and galas to corporate seminars and meet- ings, this venue's event space affords great flexibility in planning an event. The dedicated on site staff can help in creat- ing a truly memorable function. Tables, chairs, podium, microphone and set-up fees are included in the rental. In addition to serving up fantastic cuisine, Brûlée, the on site caterer, also is licensed to serve alcohol and can provide an extensive wine list and bar packages. In addition, colonial characters, storytellers, musi- cians and more can be procured for an event from Once Upon a Nation through the facility rental manager.
