The Historic District boasts the Historic Inns of Annapolis, including Maryland Inn at the top of Main Street and the Governor Calvert House on State Circle. The Governor Calvert House is situated across the street from the Maryland State House, offering beautiful views of the building that is a striking lighted spectacle each evening.
