SugarBuns in the Kitchen is owned by Danie Connolly, who is known for lending SugarBuns umbrellas to tourists and locals so they won’t miss out on exploring Annapolis - even when it’s raining. Customers return the umbrellas once they’ve finished sightseeing.

Memories and Mementos, the Captain Salem Avery Museum, is a National Historic Landmark that collects, preserves and shares local Chesapeake history.


Visit the U.S. Naval Academy, home of the 4,000-strong brigade of midshipmen and training ground for officers of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. With more than 50,000 artifacts, the academy is home to the famous Gallery of Ships.
