Silver Spring - The Kirkland Center at the National Labor College announced that Boniene Scroggs has been named its Director of Sales and Marketing. Scroggs joins Kirkland Center from the National 4-H Conference Center where she was their National Sales and Marketing Manager.


NEW JERSEY


Atlantic City - The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa announced the appointment of Bernie Sefcik as the resort’s new Director of Hotel Sales. Sefcik has 26 years of experience in Atlantic City, most recently as the National Sales Manager for the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority.


PENNSYLVANIA


Garnet Valley - Jason Cataldi has been named Vice President of Sales for the Meeting and Event Staging Division of IMS Audio Visual.


King of Prussia - Jeffry Marshall has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the Valley Forge Casino Resort. Prior to coming to Valley Forge, Marshall was with New Castle Hotels and Resorts where he spent the last 15 years of his career.


Philadelphia - Megan Tomlinson has joined the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority as National Sales Manager. She is responsible for selling the newly expanded convention center to the corporate, technology and hobby markets, as well as booking new trade and consumer shows. Tomlinson has extensive experience in the con- vention and trade show industry, having served in the past as National Sales Manager for the Valley Forge Convention Center.


Philadelphia - Judy Moore has been hired as the new Private Events Sales Manager for the GARCES RESTAURANT GROUP.


Philadelphia - Stephanie T. Boysen has been named Events Manager at Drexel University, Goodwin College of Professional Studies.


Philadelphia - The American Revolution Center announced that Michael C. Quinn will join the organization as its President and CEO. Quinn will oversee all aspects of the development of the center, slated for construction in the historic area of Philadelphia. Since 1999, Quinn had served as President and CEO of The Montpelier Foundation. Under his leadership, the home of James Madison and its surrounding environment were transformed from a 1900s mansion into a vibrant interpretive and educational center focus- ing on Madison and the U.S. Constitution.
