January 19, 2012 Atlantic City, NJ - The House of Blues’ Foundation Hall and Club Harlem Ballroom, housed within Showboat Hotel and Casino, welcomed the South Jersey Chapter of the International Special Events Society this past January to cel- ebrate a very special occasion. Event professionals from South and North Jersey, New York, Delaware and Philadelphia gathered for a non-traditional monthly meeting that kicked off the ISES 25th Anniversary Celebration. ISES International Secretary and Speaker, Kevin White, gave a presentation on “The Psychology of Events,” concluding with a pre-planned experiment blindfolding three past and present ISES NJ South leaders. The experiment was designed

to surprise and honor Past President and Current Board Member, Jim Ziereis of Caesars Entertainment, for his extraordinary char- acter, good and loyal friendship, generosity, and good nature.
