Corwin feels that these various amenities, din- ing and entertainment options, combined with their meeting spaces, make Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem a one-stop-shop for meeting planners. “Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is an integrated resort offering hotel accommo- dations, shopping, fine dining and one of the most exciting casino floors on the East Coast. Guests enjoy arriving at our property and not having to leave because of all our options for gamers and non-gamers alike.”
Also available to meeting organizers and atten- dees are on site professional meeting planners that are experienced in planning successful meetings with ease, on site audio-visual and an I.T. team, plus an award winning culinary team. “Many of our clients experience increased meeting attendance and the survey results they have received from their attendees have been glowing,” adds Corwin.
She also notes that Historic Bethlehem is only minutes from the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. “We have the eclectic Southside of Bethlehem within walking distance, which also includes Steel Stacks at ArtsQuest, a cultural center that sits directly in front of the Blast Furnaces of the old Bethlehem Steel site.
In
addition, the Las Vegas Sands properties have the highest standards of service, and our prop- erty is no exception to that rule. In the short time our meeting space has been open, we have hosted many successful corporate retreats sales meetings, regional and associa- tion annual meetings, and we are proud to find a high number of our meeting planners have rebooked with us for their future events.”
With so many offerings, it’s no wonder that casino resort properties are quickly becoming the top choice for many meeting and special event planners.
Offering a wide range of amenities,
recreational opportunities and excellent accommodations and meeting space,
casino resort properties provide planners and their attendees with an all-inclusive venue and an amazing experience.

Iron Chef Jose Garces, chef/owner of a dozen din- ing establishments in Philadelphia, as well as in the Midwest and Southwest, is set to open three more restaurants at the new Revel Resort Casino in Atlantic City, NJ in 2012. Garces will open his sec- ond Amada restaurant, named after the original in Philadelphia, along with Village Whiskey and Distrito Cantina. In all, Revel is expected to house nearly a dozen restaurants, three clubs, retail shops, a spa, two theatres, plus a 150,000-square foot casino and more than 1,000 guest rooms.
Garces’ Atlantic City Amada will feature a menu that encourages guests to mix and share multiple dishes while enjoying sangrias, specialty cocktails or selec- tions from an extensive wine list. Village Whiskey will feature a wide variety of whiskies and cocktails plus select wines and American craft beers complement- ed by the chef’s take on American bar food. At Distrito Cantina, fresh margaritas, wine, beer and cocktails will accompany dishes inspired by his pop- ular food truck, Guapos Tacos.
"The opening of our three new restaurant locations at the soon-to-open Revel casino in
Atlantic City will mark the first time that Chef Garces will add a second Amada to his portfolio. This new Amada is very close to his heart, as its namesake in Philadelphia was his first restaurant venture. The Amada at Revel will be a truly
fantastic venue with spectacular views, and to be part of such a groundbreaking and original property as Revel is incredibly exciting."
