2010-2011 Contributions to Chadwick School Trough the Dolphin Booster Club

Te Dolphin Booster Club’s purpose is to support and promote the athletic objectives and programs of Chadwick School, including team sports in the Middle and Upper Schools and physical education in the Village School. Te group also facilitates communication between the school community and its coaches, encourages school spirit and enthusiasm for all teams, and raises funds to further these purposes. Troughout the year, the Booster Club promotes attendance at all sporting events, recruits sports representatives for every

team, organizes “spirit days,” produces a quarterly newsletter, sells spirit wear, and hosts the annual Blue and White Barbeque and the Chili Cookoff. In 2010-11, the Booster Club sponsored a very popular and enlightening evening for parents and student athletes about the college athletic recruiting process — an event they plan to repeat in 2011-12. In addition to raising spirit, the Booster Club also raises funds to support Chadwick’s athletic programs. Tis year the Booster Club donated $8,600 to Chadwick to support the following: updated and new banners for Pascoe Pavilion, a large Dolphin canopy, two portable water carts, a por- table public address (PA) system, a microwave oven, athletic conference room cabinet locks, and an overhead video projector for the athletic conference room. Chadwick gratefully acknowledges the following Dolphin Booster Club members for their support of Chadwick athletics.
