2010-2011 Contributions to Chadwick School Trough the Chadwick Parents’ Association
Te CPA is an organization made up of all parents of Chadwick students. Its purpose is, broadly, to support the school and the school community. Te CPA coordinates Village Room Parents and Middle and Upper School Parent Reps, supports parents and families by helping parents become better acquainted, raises funds to supplement tuition and Annual Fund dollars, and helps foster and improve communications between parents and the school. Te CPA organizes myriad events and activities throughout the grade levels and the school. Te CPA’s three major events are the Fall Brunch back-to-school kick-off, the International Dinner, and the Spring Event dinner and auction. Te CPA’s numerous volunteers donate thousands of hours to enhance the Chadwick experience for all students. In addition to all of the above, the CPA donated $220,000 to the school in 2010-11 to support the following programs
and projects: campus signage, wooden outdoor tables, Peace for Kids Day, the Commodores program, community service, audio-visual equipment, iPads for the Village School and other departmental allocations, financial aid, and the Headmaster’s discretionary fund. We thank them for their many contributions and accomplishments in 2010-11.
