2010-2011 Contributions to Chadwick School Trough the Chadwick Performing Arts Limelighters (CPAL)

Founded in 2010, the Chadwick Performing Arts Limelighters (CPAL) is Chadwick’s newest parent organization. Te Limelighters support Chadwick theater, choral music, dance, instrumental music, and improvisational theater (improv) groups for grades K-12. Te Limelighters purchase equipment for the Laverty Center for the Performing Arts and work to bring visiting artists to the Chadwick campus. CPAL also provides refreshments for Chadwick performances and supports the Chadwick School chapter of Tespians, a national performing arts honor society. Having established their by-laws this past year, the Limelighters look forward to promoting the shared joy of the performing arts throughout the Chadwick Community. In 2010–11, the Limelighters donated $6,984, which was used to purchase new tables and chairs to create an outside seating

area in the Laverty Center courtyard. Chadwick gratefully acknowledges the CPAL membership for their generous support of the performing arts.
