11th Annual Epicurean Palette Hamilton, NJ
September 25, 2011 –
Nearly 800 guests attended the 11th Annual Epicurean Palette benefiting Grounds For Sculpture, the renowned 42- acre sculpture park and arboretum. The event raised over $44,000 for the non- profit sculpture park and featured more than 30 highly acclaimed restaurants from Philadelphia to New York and Bucks County to the Jersey Shore, each offering tastes of their signature dishes.
Grounds For Sculpture is home to over 270 contemporary sculptures and three museum galleries with rotating exhibits.

Marriott Hotels Joins Carlo’s Bakery in Cake From Buddy Event
Jersey City, NJ September 27, 2011 – Select Marriott Hotels have teamed up with Buddy
Valastro of Carlo’s Bakery, star of TLC’s ‘Cake Boss’, to announce the Cake From Buddy pro- motion, which offers a free cake from Carlo’s Bakery to anyone booking a wedding or other social or corporate event at one of eight par- ticipating Marriott Hotels between September 27, 2011 and February 29, 2012. Participants receive a cake appropriately sized for their event, along with a cake tasting at Carlo’s
Bakery, a one-on-one session with a member of Buddy’s staff, and a behind the scenes look at Buddy’s new bakery facility. They can choose from the Marriott signature cake (a round red
velvet cake with cream cheese filling), or any of 24 other designs from Carlo’s Bakery.

Bucks County Offers Ideal Locales for Meetings and Events Bucks County, PA October 13, 2011 – Meeting industry professionals
received a taste of what Bucks County has to offer when they attended a two-day FAMiliarization trip to various sites within the county. The tour included visits to historic New Hope and the Black Bass Hotel, James A. Michener Art Museum, Golden Plough Inn, Crowne Plaza Bucks County, Sheraton Bucks County Hotel and Spring Mill Country Club and Manor.
Dinner at Earl's Bucks County at Peddler’s Village included Lynne Goldman
from Bucks County Taste educating the planners on the importance of Farm to Table dinners and how to incorporate local foods into their meetings.
