WHAT’S NEW

Two new and distinctly different hotel properties are set to open in 2012 in Chester County’s Brandywine Valley. A Courtyard by Marriott will open in Coatesville this spring, while The Hotel Warner, a small boutique hotel, will open this summer in downtown West Chester.

The Courtyard by Marriott will feature 125 rooms and meeting space for groups as large as 50 people. A convenient central Chester County location off of U.S. Route 30 and Marriott’s first class “Refreshing Business” concept will combine to make this property a key destination for both business and leisure travelers.

The Hotel Warner is under construction in the county seat, historic West Chester. This unique property will be ideal for both business and leisure activities. Guests of the hotel will have access to over 65 restaurants, dozens of shops, art galleries and eclectic boutiques. With On site meet- ing space for 60, and additional facilities for nearly 200, The Hotel Warner is well- suited to accommodate intimate gather- ings, board meetings and social retreats.

Direct exterior ballroom access makes large product display set-ups easy, while ballroom windows allow ample natural light to create a comfortable and produc- tive setting. Comprehensive food and bev- erage services are another plus at this restored 225-year old historic landmark facility.
