Suzo Happ: Complete Solutions
Case studies of how Suzo Happ can help with both product installations and Training
S
uzo Happ is a trusted supplier in the industry, offering the largest component product range available. Continual innovation has brought many key components and complete products to the industry that include coin hoppers, slot machine toppers and complete change machines. Suzo Happ partners with selected industry-leading manufacturers so as to be able to offer complete product solutions to the market. Such partner companies include FutureLogic, MEI, ELO, Talaris and Assa. Experience has shown that it takes a certain time for new technology to reach operators so the sheer component choice and complexity is often a barrier to technological advancement. Suzo Happ overcomes this by providing two distinct services:
Gaming machine / component installations
Gaming operations in Europe and Africa tend to be smaller and spread out. The 1000+ casinos are generally an exception to the rule. Given the strength of the Suzo Happ team, the company is able to support all operators, regardless of where they are situated or how many slot machines they operate. Suzo Happ can install complete gaming machines for gaming locations that are either completely new or being refurbished. Naturally, specific solutions can also be catered to such as integrating TITO.
Technical training to the technical staff of the operators
Once all the installations have been done, the next step is that staff is thoroughly trained so to be able to cater to the service needs day in and day out. The Suzo Happ team is on hand to provide this training. This service normally follows the installation but can booked individually. Operators can ensure long-term piece of mind by securing a maintenance contract so that Suzo Happ can support these products over the years to guarantee maximum machine uptime and thus player satisfaction.
CASE STUDIES
The first installation took place on board Carnival Cruise Lines’ Carnival Dream built in Italy where Suzo Happ’s technical manager Marc Martens led a project that consisted of the installation of 189 slots and a series of live gaming tables.
Mr. Mihai Cozma, the Slot Fleet Manager at Carnival Corporation Casino Division states, “Your team was one of the most professional I have ever worked with. We all got along really well and had a great time whilst working on the Carnival Dream. Please pass my thanks and compliments to the guys. I hope we will have the opportunity of working together on future projects”.
Another recent example was the installation and training for TITO on various slot machines at the Sheraton Casino in Egypt. The Casino Director Mr. Lamberto L. Graglia who chose Suzo Happ explains, “We were thinking of moving to TITO for a while and Suzo Happ was very helpful for the last push to make this move. Cairo Sheraton Casino is the only casino in Cairo to have full TITO installation in all its slot machines. Suzo Happ has been extremely helpful during the pre-installation as well as the actual installation, technical support and staff training.
Mr. Erik Wijma, Sales Director at Suzo Happ for Europe and Africa, comments, “We have a very diverse gaming market in Europe and Africa. The fact that we provide the same professional service for operations small and large no matter where they are sends out a strong message – we are here for the gaming market, bringing innovations on the products front together with our partners that we can then install directly at the operators’ premises. Furthermore, our training ensures that local staff becomes acquainted with the new technology and can service it themselves. Lastly, our service contracts give piece of mind that we are there for help throughout the duration of using this technology”.
