Copyright is a very sensitive area. How difficult is it to keep invoke on situations where there is a clear issue with copycat design or it is difficult to enforce.
We have seen many games that appear to have been influenced by our work, so we simply strive to evolve beyond our latest release. As a rule, a copycat will always be at least one step behind you. We maintain a competitive edge by always looking forward and never being content with simply recreating our past victories.
What are amongst your favorite game designs that your organization has created over the years and why?
What are the key advantages of your organizations expertise for slot manufacturers and online game developers?
In recent years many manufacturers have speculated on the value of theme work itself. Often they are perplexed when extremely talented artists have been commissioned, and then find that the games are not performing very well in the market. You would not expect to hire a science fiction illustrator to create the cover for your romance novel. The same creative logic applies to casino gaming as it is a genre unto itself.
To answer your question, Balance GFX maintains a unique understanding of our global audience, and this is reflected in our work across various subject matters.
What makes a game successful?
As the provider of visual content our artwork is the first thing that a player will see. When designing a game we prefer to leave as much open to the players imagination as possible. One person may view the game as a romantic theme, while another may see it as adventure or fantasy. One thing for certain is that there is nothing more inspiring than your own imagination. Do not tell a story, but create a world that inspires a story to take place.

I would have to say that Sirens is certainly one of my favorite games. It marked another stage in our evolution of daring to be different. The characters are more than just beautiful; they are powerful, ethereal, and inspiring! The animations are filled with such energy that you can really believe this world exists.
Golden Goddess introduced a bit of fun into our work as I personally wound up included as a character symbols. We prefer to shoot our own photo reference when we can and this certainly made for additional entertainment in the studio. I am very pleased that Cats performed so well. If you ever dealt with hand painted fur before, you would know why! Creating the character set for this game was equally complex and rewarding. In the end, it was the digital glass imagery that I loved the most. This is where the mood and atmosphere really unites, and creates a world that is full of life.
If you had a wish for the industry what would it be?
My answer to this question may surprise you! The industry has a significant number of talented people creating amazing and beautiful works of art, and I wish that someday the market will find true recognition as a contributing member of the arts.
