Rain - in August - in Spain - now I believe in climate change! My parents are due out in October as I said this was when the temperature would be perfect for them - now I think they may have to bring their snow boots and bikinis - anything could happen by then. They are in the North of England and are thinking of planting a tropical garden as they have had such a hot, dry summer. I think I will book to go back there next summer!
As many of you know I have been out and about covering for Frances and it has been great seeing the fantastic reception the magazine gets each month. Of course I know it is the most popular English language magazine in its area but, even after all these years I still get a thrill seeing 500 copies, delivered to just one distribution point, eagerly snatched up as soon as they are dropped off.
This month we say a fond ‘adios’ to Edwina who has hung up her walking shoes for a well deserved rest from pounding the streets. I am sure I can say from all past and present clients and of course from everyone at Female Focus that we wish you all the very best for the future.
Congratulations to Mrs Chapman-Smyth from Orihuela who won the August 50 euro competition. See inside for details of how to enter this month and don’t forget the voucher pages are not included.
