In the spirit of spring, which is the season
of rebirth, I’m proposing changes. Growth.
A movement forward and upward. The
hardest thing we can do as humans is
change. We fall in to ruts and stay there.
It’s about ease and comfort. It can be a job
we don’t really like but continue to do, or
a relationship that has run its course but
we refuse to end—or as simple as a haircut
that we should have let go of ages ago.
But isn’t new exciting? Isn’t that new
outfit invigorating? A new love thrilling?
Change

crossroads. I was at the end of my career as
a model. I was in a stagnant, long-distance
relationship. I felt trapped. I wanted

know how to achieve it. It was then that
the television show Big Brother fell into
my lap. And I grabbed it. I applied, made
it onto the show and never looked back.

Even when the show ended, I embraced
the challenge of “new” and decided to stay
in Los Angeles and create a new life.
Since then I have always embraced
change. I’ve always looked for opportuni-
ties to do different. It doesn’t have to be
running around naked on TV... Or a move
to a new state. Even the smallest change
