Louise Cable-Alexander is responsible for coordinating the Hyperion Insurance Group’s activity, particularly its M&A and group management matters. Cable-Alexander has worked at Hyperion since the group was founded in 1994. She began her career in the broking division of the group and later moved to Italy to help set up DUAL Italia, of which she is still chairman.


During her long career with Hyperion, Cable-Alexander


has watched the company go from strength to strength. “Seeing the company grow from three people in 1994 to employing more than 1,500 people worldwide with more than half based overseas is my biggest achievement to date,” she says, “Of course, I am also very proud of DUAL Italia’s achievements.”


“Starting DUAL Italia from scratch in Italy was a huge challenge,


and thanks to the great efforts of the Italian management team, it is now a recognised leader in PI and D&O in the country.”


Going into 2014, Cable-Alexander wants to continue to be part


of the team that helps the group succeed in its aspiration to become a leading global distribution group and a great place to work.
