The 55-minute treatment begins with a welcomingmint leaf foot treatment before the body is dosed with warmwater and exfoliated.The heat fromthe hammamchamber combined with expert exfoliation works to release toxins, increase circulation and improve the texture and tone of the skin. Savon Noir, a traditional cleansing soapmade fromcrushed Olives and Olive oil infused with Eucalyptus, is then used for its antiseptic properties ensuring the skin is deeply purified.


The body is then enveloped in a customised blend of reviving Rhassoul clay, nourishing Shea Butter and brightening Honey, while the therapist employs a hair and scalp treatment to relaxmuscles and reduce tension.The experience concludes with a facial ritual and a traditional washing andmisting of Orange blossomand Rose water to remove negativity.

StMichael's Spa, located in Falmouth, has scooped ‘Best Spa in Cornwall’ at the recent Cornwall TodayAwards 2013.

The ‘suite’ life


Germaine de Capuccini has created a number of new signature treatments in conjunction with MaxineAvery, SpaManager at Nirvana Spa for their new Crystal Treatment Suite. Featuring 12 treatment rooms, the suite offers a menu of exclusive experiences.


Guests can now enjoy signature rituals from the brand such as Journey into Serenity, a body massage using Obsidian holistic stones on the body’s Chakra energy points, and Silks & Saffron, which takes the client on a journey full of eastern spices such as Cardamom, Cinnamon and Saffron along with a massage using a silk foulard.


Newbeginnings


Panico Salon & Spa, New Jersey has taken their beauty business to the next level by bringing Repêchage products and treatments to their menu.


In celebration of the introduction Lydia Sarfati, Repêchage CEO and founder, and her team conducted personal training on location for over 35 of the salon’s staff members. “This is a great opportunity to provide the best of skin care to [the salon’s] clients in a new and exciting way,” said Lydia.


The House Spa is set to open in 2014.
