BARCO PRESENT
IT’S… One of three new projector ranges in Barco’s new corporate AV portfolio.
DETAILS: Targeted at midsize and large-screen applications including meeting rooms, auditoriums, training rooms and houses of worship, the Present range of one-chip DLP projectors consists of nine models. At entry level are the PFWX-51B (WXGA, 4,750 lumens) and the PFWU-51B (WUXGA, 4,650 lumens). There are three further models in the 6,000 lumens band, another three at around 8,000 lumens, and finally the 10,000-lumen WUXGA PJWU- 101B, which is said to be the brightest one-chip DLP projector available. IT’S… A new Ultra-HD large-format LCD display.
DETAILS: With Ultra-HD resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and an 84in screen diagonal, the 4K LCD display EYE-LCD-8400-QHD-LE enables the native display of 4K video material. The displays offer a brightness level of 500 cd/sqm and response times from 12ms. For the display signal supply eyevis has developed its own technical solution with DVI-D inputs (four times DVI-D single link or two times DVI-D dual link). The LCDs are primarily intended for ultra-
high resolution applications. For example, in film and TV production, as well as in design and architecture, users can view videos and images in native resolution which results in

with room décor, and integrated cables ensure a clutter-free set-up. They can be used on the tabletop or mounted on the ceiling. The Present range is claimed to offer high-quality
images with an unmatched level of detail and contrast. A variety of preset image modes allow for flexible colour management. Total cost of ownership has been reduced to a minimum, thanks to their reliable DLP technology and sealed optics, and future-proofing is enabled by
the projectors’ upgradeability. They also support the integration of optional connectivity modules.
AND ALSO: Also part of Barco’s new corporate AV offering are the Collaborate series (with resolutions from WUXGA to WQXGA for multi-window displays) and the Impress projector, a 3-chip DLP WUXGA model offering 8,300 lumens brightness.

DETAILS: The SM 26 SpeedMount Surface Mount Speaker features a 6.5in (16.5cm) woofer with dual tuned ports and a 1in tweeter. It provides wide frequency response from 70Hz-18kHz. The SM 26 is available as an 8-ohm model, and an SM 26T version which can operate in 8-ohm direct as well 70V and 100V modes.
