of a switch. The ground

throw is attached to the base using cyanoacrylate. Also included are two head block tie ends with the mounting plate already attached. All resin parts are cast in a dark gray colored resin which requires absolutely no painting. I was amazed at the amount of assem- bly options this set yielded. I have nev- er seen so much attention to detail giv- en to a mundane little detail such as this little ground throw. I am a detail nut and there is no way that my layout will not have these ground throws at every hand operated switch. N scale modelers are very fortunate to

have a company like NZT Products in their corner. In a time where less and less detail parts are available, it is great to see a company pushing forward with highly detailed products that are superi- or in quality. NZT Products ND-011 (Ground throw kit, older style) and ND- 012 (Ground throw kit, backsaver style) are sold two per package and are cur- rently available. The retail price is $9.00 per pack.—SCOTT LUPIA

Rite-Way clamping system: N, Z and HO scales Mfd. by Roman & Company, 41W245

Prairie View Ln., Elburn IL 60119; www.roco.com.

Roman & Company has introduced a new approach to clamping right angle corners during model construction. Called the Rite-Way Clamping System, they are available in two sizes: a larger size considered for use on HO models and a smaller size suited for N and Z scales. Each clamp is composed of three pieces which are assembled during use and then disassembled for storage in an included storage case. The parts are made of a clear acrylic material, and the base and clamping mechanism are equipped with two very strong rare earth magnets. The stabilizing leg is attached to the base part when neces- sary to hold the clamp in an upright position.

The configuration of the base part provides for a positive placement of one part at the edge of the base. Each part
