APPROVED – Adult Skating Committee and Competitions Committee Amend rule 2055 (B) (page 144, Rulebook) and rules 6620 to 6681 (page 289, Rulebook) to add adult pre-silver solo dance and adult pre-gold solo dance events to the U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships, and amend the test requirements for Adult Bronze, Adult Silver and Adult Gold Solo Dance events as follows:

DE. To be received by: 1. at least 60 days in advance of the in-person meeting of the Board of Directors at which the candidate is to be considered. Sept. 1 for application to be considered at the fall meeting of the Board of Directors;


2. April 1 for application to be considered at the spring meeting of the Board of Directors.


CR 7.05 The sectional or national vice chair shall will add a recommendation for appointment and shall forward the complete file for: A. National singles/pairs referee, and national dance referee, national showcase referee and national Theatre On Ice referee: to the chair of the Competitions Committee;


B. National synchronized referee: The sectional vice chair for synchro- nized skating competitions shall add a recommendation for appoint- ment of the national synchronized skating referee and shall forward the complete file to the national vice chair for synchronized skating competitions. The national vice chair for synchronized skating com- petitions shall will add a recommendation and forward the complete file to the chair of the Competitions Committee;


C. National accountant, national music coordinator, national announcer and national ice technician: to the appropriate national vice chair, who will add a recommendation and forward the complete file to the chair of the Competitions Committee;


D. To be received by: 1. at least 20 days in advance of the in-person meeting of the Board of Directors. Oct. 1 for application to be considered at the fall meeting of the Board of Directors;


2. April 15 for application to be considered at the spring meeting of the Board of Directors.


E. The chair shall will present all candidates’ names, records and wheth- er recommended or not, to the Board of Directors at its next ensuing in-person meeting for consideration and appropriate action by that body.
