Premium Taste Challenge in the Taste of Travel Theatre and thanks Servair and Etihad for ‘lending’ us two of their very best chefs for the event. Michel Quissac and Mehdi Amiri used their skills at great speed under the spotlight to create a meal from scratch with mystery ingredients in just 45 minutes. Our very own Jeremy Clark was on hand to ensure there was no cheating! Peter Landor of Landor, a creative branding
