This is a lake in Slovenia where the people from the capital, Ljubljana, come on the weekends to relax. I just love how this image captures that natural scene with lakes and mountains as well as a whole series of human vignettes. It works especially well at large sizes since it is full of tiny details -- I still keep discovering more within it. It also exemplifies my view that we normally see the world with such a limited perception -- there’s so much more going on than we can ever take in.
