PRONE “Y” DUMBBELL RAISE
Set an adjustable bench to a 30- to 45- degree angle and grab a dumbbell in each hand. Lie chest down on the bench and raise your arms up and outwards so your arms form a Y shape.
SWISS-BALL JACKKNIFE
