Brad Tilden, president of Alaska Airlines As president of Alaska Airlines, Brad Tilden leads a team of 9,000 people operating the eighth-
largest US airline and serving over 16 million passengers a year. This includes oversight of a 117-aircraft fleet operating in more than 60 cities across North America and Hawaii that produces annual revenues of $3 billion. Under Brad Tilden’s leadership the airline was ranked highest in customer satisfaction among traditional network carriers by JD. Power and Associates for the third consecutive year in 2010 and led major domestic airlines in 2010 with its on-time performance.

for British Airways in August 2008 and is responsible for the airline’s extensive commercial and customer service operations in the USA, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Bermuda. In addition, he leads the $7Bn transatlantic joint venture across the three carriers: American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia.
