Mark’s will be hosting an Open House, including Door Prizes, Live Music scheduled all day long, plus, there will be free samples of Sweet Corn-Polenta Cakes available for those who want a taste of one of the specialties which has made Mark’s successful for the past ten years. Of the things people should know
about Mark’s – besides that it is unique in its siting in McCuddy’s Landing Marina near the town of Scappoose – is that Mark’s is a scratch kitchen. Ingredients prepared at Mark’s come from a variety of sources, but best of all are the ingredients which originate from the local waters, farms and fields so abundant in the Northwest portion of the State.
