Alan Whittle iron sights you get the opportunity to.

Gallery Rifle shooting is gaining in popularity in both the UK as well as overseas, and the latest group of shooters to join us this year came all the way from South Africa. again this year with a total of 10 shooters. Both myself and Taff Wilcox arrived early at Bisley to help the guys out with some equipment, followed by some coaching sessions on the Tuesday and Wednesday. Since their visit last year, the South African guys have still only just recently managed to acquire a handful of Marlins along with a couple of bog standard Ruger 10/22’s to share between them back home due to their own restrictive firearms laws, but hopefully things will start to improve for

them in the very near future.

As well as being a great group of guys to get on with, it soon became clear that some of them were also pretty good shooters too despite having to use firearms that were still somewhat completely alien to them. Having to share rifles and equipment isn’t ideal by any means but their positive attitudes, combined with an eagerness
