LOOK WHO’S READING Dear Sherry

Tought you might like to know that the exchange quilt [seen in Volume I Issue 4] created by the ‘Turkeys’ and Ireland group (purses and shoes) won a ribbon at our quilt show last weekend. It was a great show, and thanks for including it in the calendar. I had Valerie [Mullally] from Kilkenny quilt one of my quilts and it got a first place. She did a great job and our judge was impressed with the quilting.

Hello to Irish Quilting Magazine,

Quite by accident I found a copy of Irish Quilting Magazine (Volume I Issue 2) and have not missed an issue since. I made a trip to Ireland last year and the pictures remind me of your beautiful country and my wonderful vacation. I belong to the Celtic Crafters in Arizona and we all pour over the magazine when we meet. In Volume 2 Issue 3, I was struck by the simple beauty of the Weathervane quilt by Pat Yucatonis. I had a quilting design just waiting for a quilt to come
