Ledlex has launched Eyes, a range of miniature LED recessed lights. The high light output lights are manufactured to high standards in chrome brass finish. With a choice of light outputs, sizes and LED options, they are suitable for exterior and interior situations. The range comprises fixed and adjustable versions. Sizes start at 18mm diameter.

Ultra shallow foundation bollard system


Tata Steel (formerly Corus) introduces an ultra shallow foundation bollard system with a structural depth of only 75mm (3”). Tested to PAS 68: 2010 standards, the system provides protection from hostile vehicle attack, while the shallow design avoids re-routing local underground utilities, reducing excavation time. Highly cost effective, up to 20 bollards can be installed per hour.

Bespoke air curtain


JS Air Curtains supplied a 2m bespoke Zen air curtain to Manchester’s Manzil Banqueting Hall. Situated on the main entrance to protect the reception from the elements, it also acts as an architectural and functional element. On the inner facing side, the air curtain incorporates an exit sign plus four clocks. On the outward fascia, it features an illuminated welcome sign.
