Wernick modular buildings When cost-effectiveness, a tight delivery and minimum disruption are top priorities
This project used Wernick’s modular building technology to achieve an impressive, rapid and cost-effective result, met within the critical time restraints of a six month deadline on the use of grants.
Wernick delivered and installed the 9 modules that comprise this building in one day. Internal and external work took 16 weeks to complete from the date of delivery. This was about half the time required for a traditional building.
The Clubhouse includes a meeting room, kitchen, office, changing rooms, disabled facilities, first aid room, classroom and a shower room. It’s clad in attractive ThermoWood, which resists rot and delivers increased durability and stability.
Wernick’s modular system offers rapid off-site construction using the latest energy efficient materials and a choice of traditional external finishes. It’s flexible enough to meet all sport and leisure building needs, from a changing room to a complete leisure/sports complex.
Available for sale, lease or hire, Wernick buildings come with a complete design and build package.

Privett Park cricket clubhouse, Gosport
In order to meet the growing demands of the sport we need good officials who are properly trained. This is where our new clubhouse will be invaluable. It’s a well designed and equipped purpose-built facility delivered within a very tight time frame.
