Celotex at Travelodge
Two Celotex PIR (polyisocyanurate) insulation ranges were specified for the MaidstoneTravelodge – XR4000 in cavity walls and TA4000 in the roof. Celotex’ BBA timber frame approved products can be used in inter-stud, lining or sheathing applications and its PIR insulation extends to a thickness of 200mm, eliminating the need to double install sheets of insulation, minimising effort and costs.

Night time demand didn’t fall as low as expected but the survey highlighted short dips which, if extended for eight hours overnight, could deliver savings of 7,000 kWh per week, or over £3,000.
