Neon Trees Animals
Chapel Club Surfacing
10 months after getting re- leased in the US, the Utah Rock band Neon Trees have finally found these shores with their hit Animals. Getting ready to support Tom DeLonge’s Angels And Airwaves in next month’s UK tour, Neon Trees have found fame through this party rock anthem.
Martin Solveig feat.
Dragonette Hello French Electro/Pop DJ Martin Solveig has teamed up with the Canadian group Dragonette to create this fun loving 80s inspired track. The video is as much of spectacle as the track. Martin is taking part in the French Open and he is about to lose his tennis match. But then his secret love arrives and things take a turn for the better. With guest apperances from tennis stars Novak Djokovic and Gael Monfils, it makes up for comedy gold. Oh... and the songs not bad either.
The London based quintet get ready to release their debut al- bum ‘Palace’ later this month. They give us a little preview of what’s to come with the single ‘Surfacing’ which is released on the 24th of January. A deep bass line runs throughout this haunting love song of modern times that would leave Barry Manilow crying scared. Already receiving much praise, we can see why with this great track.
Bruno Mars Grenade
Bruno pours his heart out with his new single. He’s in love so much that he would sacrifice himself in every way, shape or form for her. ‘Catch a grenade, jump in front of a train, throw my hand on a blade’. Although he would do all that for the lady, he knows she won’t do the same. Very sad but you’ve got to remember Bruno, there are plenty more fish in the big blue sea .
In the last two years, JLS have become prob- ably the biggest boy band in the world. Take That, Boyzone and The Wanted could stake a claim but the rise in suc- cess for the four lads has been tremendous. Even Durex came calling last year. Now in 2011, JLS have teamed up with 2010 star Tinie Tempah for this new club banger. They’re in love with a feeling and they don’t want to wake up, that’s why their eyes are wide shut.
