DRINK A PINT OF WATER Another one before you hit the hay.. or the floor. It will make you feel refreshed and less dehydrated the next day.
GO FOR A RUN Take part in some exercise the following day... NO! Guitar Hero does not count! Get your jog on and sweat out all the alcohol in your system. It will be hard, you may smell, but it will be worth it in the end. Though the editor won’t try this one... yet!

BETWEEN EVERY DRINK, GO ONE NON-ALCOHOLIC While raving it up, in between each alcoholic beverage, have a glass of water or a non-fizzy soft drink, think OJ. This will reduce of absorption of alcohol in your system, fizzy drinks speed it up. Go near vodka and cokes at your peril!
DON’T DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH We all know this but here’s some motherly advice... Eat some carbs before you go on a night out for heaven’s sake! Preferably pasta or rice. They will soak up some of the alcohol you knock back.
AVOID CAFFEINE A de-caf cup of coffee will be fine but a lot of caffeine will continue your trend of being dehydrated, never a good look. Stick to the water and fruit juices.

DOWN A FIRECRACKER Not an actual firecracker but a shot that carries it’s namesake. Half tequila and half Tabasco sauce, this will clear your head like a shotgun.
WHACK A LEMON UNDER YOUR ARMPIT... In theory it’s suppposed to help you retain fluid to fight those really evil headaches. We are not sure if it works but give it a bash. For that zesty fresh feeling anyway. Oh and P.S. This might sting!
REPLACE YOUR MORNING CEREAL MILK WITH RED WKD We’ll let you try this one, apparently it works! Genius!
IF ALL THE ABOVE FAIL, CARRY ON PARTYIN’! To not get the dreaded hangover hell simply just avoid not being drunk, duh. If you wake up still drunk and none of the courage to sweat it out, continue drinking and let the good times roll!
