WESTWOOD ADDS GLAMOUR TO THE BRITS (VIV NOT TIM)


The British fashion legend herself; Vivienne Westwood, has revamped the 2011 BRIT Award and she does us proud by sticking to her original British Punk Rock roots. It has been announced that every year the award shall be restyled by a leading British designer to make each year more unique. How amazing is that?


This partnership further signafies the close relationship between music and fashion that distinguishes the British music scene from the rest of the world. Having Vivienne onboard, BRITs Chairman David Joseph said, “Vivienne stands for all the things we want to inspire in tomorrow’s generation of artists. She continues


to be unique, innovative not to mention massively inspired by music and vice versa. We are honoured she accepted our offer of designing 2011’s trophy.”
