winning by five clear points to go to the top of the league with two matches to go. Winner John Taylor (Maver Bait Tech) was close to where he won last week’s practice match, one peg below Clough Bridge where he pole chopped worm and caster to net one bream, two tench plus lots of perch before he switched to fluoro pinkie and nuggets of groundbait to top his catch up to 23-0-0 with roach.
