Mr.Falk was asuccessful trial lawyer with significant trial and appellate experience in the State and Federal Courts. He practiced for many years in Washington, DC in afamily law firm and served on the Adjunct Faculty of the George Washington University Law School for over 10 years and regularly lectured at the University of Virginia College of Law in the College of Trial Advocacy.Mr. Falk was passionate about professional sports and maintained a professional sports practice while also teaching Sports Law and Trial Advocacy.Hewas also a proud shareholder in the Green Bay Packers. Mr. Falk graduated with Honors from Washington and Lee University in 1983 and West Virginia College of Law in 1987 having served as Managing Director of the Law Review.

Jack was born on January 31, 1923 near Chambersburg, PA to Fleet and Ethel Wagaman. Jack graduated from Chambersburg High School and was proud of his 21 years service in the Army Security Agency and his 56 years as aMason. EVELYN BARBARA JOHNSON-HILL Affectionately known as “Bobbie” passed away suddenly at her residence on Thursday,Novem- ber 4, 2010 in Washington, DC. She furthered her education at Maryland State College, Princess Anne, Maryland, now known as The University of Maryland, Eastern Shore. Bobbi worked as Manager and co-owner for District Line Fuel Company for 27 years, retiring in 2008. She was an avid television viewer, especially sports. Of Charlottesville, Virginia. Adramatic soprano, she attended Peabody Conservatory of Music. Her first marriage was to Alan T. Clarke, a leading thoroughbred breeder,ofHuntington Farm, Clarksville, Maryland. She was then married to Manuel Giberga and resided in Washington, DC. Her home in Kalorama, often referred as the "unofficial Cuban Embassy," was the scene of frequent social occasions, a gathering place for local, national, and inter- national leaders. She was especially active in creating opportunities for Spanish-speaking Americans, for which she had apresidential appointment, and in the affairs of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Agracious and elegant lady,she was known for her playful sense of humor,her love of good conversation, and for being "muy simpatica."


She lost her valiant fight against breast cancer, she was 85 years young. She is survived by her daughters, Carolina, Lilibet, Lucinda Lee and Alana; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by adaughter,Ariana.
