Kicking-off today (Friday, October 15th) and running until Thursday, October 21st, a 20- second TV ad will tease Layton’sLondon debut to drive anticipation and pre-orders. This will be used ahead of the 30-second TV ad which commences during the week of release and running until Sunday, November 7th. It will showcase many of the game’s additions, such as 165 puzzles that weave seamlessly into the epic Laytonstoryline. Nintendo will also be re-
promoting the Laytonfranchise in November to continue reaching out to new audiences.
PR Nintendo will be rolling out the red carpet and inviting the public to attend the exclusive premiere of the game. This will take place in London on the day of release.
RADIO An integrated radio campaign will run with one of London’s top stations in conjunction with the Laytonrelease, in order to raise mass awareness. The promotion will include a competition for listeners to find bespoke Laytonbuses and then call in to receive prizes, which include tickets to the game’s red carpet premiere.
