Aikido: A Japanese Martial Art Aikido, used primarily as an art of self defense, is derived from the ancient Samurai and backed by a philosophy of continuous self-improvement. Learn to control breathing, timing and movement so that a small force can redirect and control the energy of an aggressive attack. Training is friendly, non-competi- tive and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Optional Belt Test is held on Friday 10/29.

This ancient Chinese tile game involves skill, concen- tration and luck. Beginners learn the rules of the game and winning strategies, then play the game with hands-on instruction.
