Computing Basics This class takes an easy, hands-on approach to using a computer. Learn how to properly use the mouse and keyboard, understand the computer desktop, and discover what type of programs are available. A tour of the hardware, software and Internet are included. No prior experience is necessary.

File Management Become skilled at managing and manipulating the computer desktop. Learn to save documents, photos or graphics; move them to files; put them into folders; and organize them for easy retrieval. Rename and delete files or move them onto, or from, disk or CD. Manage files from My Documents or from Windows Explorer. Materials fee ($5) payable to instructor.
