Young Actors Club
Join the fun in this wonderful and fast-paced creative drama class. Each week is a new and exciting adventure into the imagination with changing themes, music, costumes, props and playbills. Children learn a new joke each week and many themes are not repeated for two years. Learn theater terms, enhance spontaneity, build self-esteem and have a blast! Want to do something fun? From Page to Stage
Using improvisation and skit methods, your group will write its own play. Teachers guide you in casting, staging and performing your show for family and friends. When the course is over, you’ll receive a booklet containing all of the groups’ scripts, with extra blank pages for your next endeavor. Age:

Improv Blast/Actor’s Workshop
In this combination acting-improvisation class, you’ll play fun theater/improv games that develop your creativity and help you to be more spontaneous. Then work with a partner on a short scene written especially for your age group. You’ll be given a script for your scene on the first day. Learn about self-discipline and dependability in relation to the arts as well as the importance of creativity and imagination. An in-class performance will be held on the last day where you can let your talents shine! Participants are encouraged to enroll in both sessions. No class November 24. Age:

Improv Blast/Director’s Workshop
In this combination directing/improvisation class you’ll be helping to direct short two-person scenes, develop blocking and work independently with your actors. Be part of the casting process as the actors audition for roles and make your directing debut on the last day during our in-class performance. You’ll also be playing fun theater/improv games that help to develop your own creativity. This class is perfect for those who prefer a “behind-the-scenes” approach to theater and would like to try their hand at directing. No class November 24. Age:
