Away This interactive class focuses on thinking safely and making safe choices. Learn simple rules that kids can use in many situations. Kids learn what to do in an emergency, when to call 911 and how to deal with strangers. Bicycle, skateboard and in-line skating safety, playground rules, water safety and more are also covered. Safe Kids at Home and Away – First Aid
Safety and first aid go hand-in-hand in this interactive class that focuses on thinking safely and making safe choices. Children learn simple rules to keep them safe in situations both at home and away. In addition, basic first aid is presented, including the treatment of small cuts, bumps and bruises, nosebleeds, minor burns and more. A small first aid kit is created to take home. Children love this innovative drama class that develops their imagination and introduces them to the performing arts in a fun and creative atmosphere. Each week is a new and exciting adventure into the imagination with changing themes, music, costumes, props and playbills. They even learn a new joke every week. Kids learn theater terms, enhance spontaneity, build self- esteem, and have a blast. Awards are given on the last day of class.
