YOUTH SPORTS & LEAGUES White Sox Hitting Club (Course One)
Baseball is a wonderful game but it can be frustrating if you don’t hit well. The White Sox Hitting Club presents a step-by-step approach to hitting like a Major League player, as taught by Sox Hitting Coach, Greg Walker. There are hitting “absolutes” that must be present in each “at bat” to be successful. From Konerko to Swisher to Rodriguez to Pujols, these “absolutes” make all the difference. Learn to hit correctly before bad habits become difficult to correct. Softball players can greatly benefit from this class as well. Once during each four-week class, a former Major Leaguer (Cardinals, Brewers & Phillies) and current White Sox Academy Director, Jim Adduci will visit and teach the finer points of hitting. Student to instructor ratio will be 10:1 or less.
Each student receives a White Sox Hitting Club t-shirt and Sox Hitting Club manual. Bring appropriate athletic wear (gym shoes, sweatpants or baseball pants) and a bat if you have one. m/M: 4/12

White Sox Pitching
Club (Course Two) The White Sox Pitching Club gives your child a first hand look at the pitching mechanics that all great pitchers use! Pitching with accuracy, velocity and minimal arm strain is no accident. There is a process that should be followed from Little League to the Big Leagues. Even if pitching isn’t in your plans, throwing correctly is critical to becoming a good baseball player. Get on the mound and get on the right track.

All Star Sports Holiday Camp
Stay active over the holidays with this multi-sports camp. Each day two different sports are played. Participants learn basic skills and compete in drills and games.
