american crafts - feature vendor

Despite the company’s growth, one of American Crafts’ key philosophies is to treat store owners as partners. Employees are taught that their success hinges on the success of the stores they serve. Products play an important part of the equation, but not any more than a respectful business relationship with a store owner.

At its core, American Crafts makes products to inspire and support retailers and crafters. These products reflect the company’s trademark style, combining clean lines with bold colors and vivid patterns. A glance at AmericanCrafts.com reveals a diverse product offering – from AC Cardstock and patterned paper to award-winning albums and premium ribbon. And, of course, there are Thickers – popular dimensional letter stickers in every font, color and finish imaginable.

In an effort to offer the industry even more options, American Crafts acquired the well-loved Pebbles brand in October. This fun line features basic, easy-to-use scrapbooking supplies, including patterned paper, craft chalk and stencils, Snapshot stickers and more. Pebbles will remain a separate brand under the American Crafts umbrella, and new products will be introduced on a regular basis.

Today, American Crafts is still actively run by the Mitchell family, with help from an in-house design team, full-time customer service reps and a dedicated sales team (pictured on the cover). After more than 15 years in the crafting industry, American Crafts continues to grow and expand as it serves retailers and crafters the world over.
